Background & Experience

I’m Steve Kahle, a 2x CEO, co-founder, and fractional CIO/CTO dedicated to identifying, creating, and teaching systems and frameworks that equip leaders and operators to execute at an elite level.

For over three decades, I’ve built organizations, advised executives, created high-performance teams, and driven innovation across industries. My work blends technical and operational expertise with practical, battle-tested strategies and tactics for executing with precision. I call this Human Centered, Technology-Enabled, Operational Excellence. 

Operating Philosophy

Through my Elite Ops Academy, I equip leaders and operators to fly at a higher altitude. My approach has been shaped by years of executive decision-making, continual learning, and mentoring leaders at every stage of their careers.

Personal Convictions

When I’m not building systems or writing, I invest in my faith, my family, and the communities I serve, including Men of Valor, a network of Christ-following men pursuing excellence in every area of life.

I also enjoy playing pickleball, downhill mountain biking, and, most of all, snow skiing, especially when shared with family and friends.
