Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 8, 2024

This Refund Policy applies to all products, programs, memberships, subscriptions, digital materials, and services offered by Elite Operators, including Leadership Recall and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Structured Programs (Including Cohorts and Guided Expeditions)

For structured programs with a defined start date:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 21 days of the official program start date.

  • All required assignments released during the 21-day refund period, as defined in the applicable program materials, must be completed in good faith.

  • If these conditions are satisfied, a refund will be issued.

  • After the 21-day refund window closes, all sales of structured programs are final.

2. Membership Subscriptions (Month-to-Month)

Certain Services operate on a recurring subscription basis.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle.

  • You may cancel at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date.

  • No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellation.

  • Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the next billing charge.

3. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

Digital products, downloadable materials, templates, and other digital materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, all such sales are final.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

  • Contest the dispute with documentation of this Refund Policy and your agreement to our Terms of Use.
